It is permissible for a person to adopt a child and taking care of a deserving child on its own earns is a rewarding deed, but the child legally (Islamic Shariah) is not considered his son or daughter; i.e. the child remains non-mahram to him or his wife and he or she does not inherit from the ones who has adopted him or her. Adoption in the sense to change a child's surname and register him in the official documents as the parents own child is not permissible.

It is not permissible for men to wear gold objects, even though the gold may be white in color. Wearing gold plated objects is also not allowed and prayer wearing gold would not be valid for men. However, there is no problem in wearing something made of platinum.

In the name of Allah, it is not considered valid, and he must repeat the prayers that he performed with invalid wudu. And Allah knows best.

If he knows that the virus can infect her through sexual relations, it is not permissible for him at all. Similarly [it is obligatory on him to refrain from sex] if there exists a considerable level of likelihood [of infection], except in the case where the wife knows about it and agrees to it.

There is no harm in it if it is done for a sensible motive, with the consent of the person to be hypnotized and it is not associated with any ḥarām act.

Assuming that the power given to the executor in the will is absolute, it is not obligatory on the executor to consult the overseer in any matter, although it is closer to caution. However, the overseer’s role is to supervise the work of the executor.

Programs broadcast via Western satellite television stations and those of most neighboring countries teach misleading thoughts and misrepresentations. They also contain lahw and corrupt items and watching them often leads to corruption, going astray and committing ḥarām acts. So, it is not permissible to access these channels to watch the programs they broadcast.

In the name of Allah, when the sun rises, it is obligatory to abide by the general rules which is that refraining is done when white thread is distinguished the black thread to the coming of the night, no matter how long the night is or day. If the day is too long, then he can travel until he ends up saving himself and for breakfast. As for the areas in which the sun does not shine, but its light appears, and the inhabitants of the region deal with that light as we deal with the day, then the beginning and the end of the day are determined by that light. And if he is in a region where no day and night is marked by a clear privilege, the Muslim should not live in that area at least during the days of Ramadan. Allah knows best.
